About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, data-driven Product Manager to lead the optimization of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce funnel. This role focuses on improving how prospective customers experience our website — from landing pages through to checkout — driving continuous improvements through testing, strong UX practices, and close collaboration with our Marketing and Design teams.
You’ll play a key role in helping us convert more visitors into members by making the path to purchase feel intuitive, efficient, and aligned with our premium brand experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end optimization of our eCommerce funnel: landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout.
- Own strategies for improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and site performance KPIs.
- Build and execute A/B testing roadmaps to drive data-informed decisions.
- Partner closely with Marketing on acquisition strategies to ensure seamless handoff from traffic to transaction.
- Use analytics to inform prioritization and validate the impact of optimizations.
- Define and track KPIs related to conversion and checkout performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program Management to deliver improvements on time and within scope.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within DTC eCommerce.
- A strong understanding of digital funnels, UX best practices, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience leading A/B testing initiatives and working closely with Design and Data teams.
- Expertise with Amplitude Analytics, Amplitude Experiment, GA4
- Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing teams on acquisition-focused initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Success working in remote, distributed teams across time zones.

- Company-paid Long-Term Disability
- 401k with Company Match
- Paid Time Off
- Free Halo gear + Product Testing Opportunities
- Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
