Location: Officially headquartered in the metro NY/NJ area, the Halo Team works remotely across the U.S. and worldwide.

Position Summary: Halo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of engaging and personalized marketing strategies across the entire customer journey. This role will be instrumental in driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through robust, data-driven messaging. Reporting directly to the VP, Marketing & Membership, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless and effective delivery of marketing initiatives and optimize customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the customer journey.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app, push and SMS) to engage and retain members. This includes hands-on development in Braze with assistance from our agency partners.
- Leverage proprietary data to identify trends, personalize communications, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Develop and run meaningful A/B tests; analyze performance, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results and support retention KPIs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies and tactics, employing a robust test and learn plan to increase the productivity of all marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration & Partnership:
- Partner effectively with other departments such as Data, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Creative to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and seamless execution.
- Ensure effective vendor management with clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Performance & Optimization:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as monthly recurring revenue, member retention rate, and engagement through marketing campaigns.
- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue lift.
- Report on marketing performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in marketing, CRM, and customer experience to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to complete multiple tasks under pressure.
