Position Summary:
We are hiring a Marketplace Advertising Manager to own all paid growth across Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, Ebay and other priority marketplaces. This role is fully accountable for strategy, execution, and performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP. This is a highly hands-on, performance-driven role.
The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in Amazon and Marketplace advertising at scale, highly analytical, and comfortable making aggressive optimization decisions to drive growth, efficiency, and incrementality. Reporting to the Director of Marketplaces, this role plays a critical part in Halo’s revenue acceleration and marketplace leadership.

Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own daily bid optimization, budget pacing, and performance adjustments across all marketplace campaigns.
- Build, launch, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns with clean, scalable structures.
- Develop and maintain branded and non-branded campaign frameworks aligned to Halo’s growth goals.
- Plan, execute, and manage Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Build and manage AMC audiences, delivering regular POE, ROAS, and path-to-purchase insights.
- Conduct keyword research to support paid and organic ranking strategies.
- Develop seasonal and event-based strategies for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other peak moments.
- Execute advanced tests including dayparting, geo segmentation, audience expansion, and incrementality testing.
- Forecast performance expectations and budget requirements for major promotional periods.
- Maintain accurate campaign naming conventions and data hygiene.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership with insights and recommendations.
- Translate complex performance data into concise narratives that inform strategy and investment decisions.
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Amazon and marketplace advertising experience.
- Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, AMC, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to act decisively on performance trends.
- Experience managing large budgets through peak retail periods.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation and reporting habits.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
